摘 要:为实现货油蒸汽供给阀开度的自动控制,设计蒸汽供给阀动作的液动控制方案,通过主动油缸和从动油缸的运动关系,实现对蒸汽供给阀开度的远距离控制。确定以液压为动力源的计算机控制比例溢流阀,搭建主动油缸和从动油缸带动蒸汽供给阀系统实验平台,先对主动油缸和从动油缸跟随性、偏差性、可控性进行系统测试,再进行阀门开度PID控制的测试。结果表明,蒸汽供给阀的液动控制方案实现对蒸汽供给阀阀门开度的自动控制。In order to realize the automatic control of the opening of the cargo oil steam supply valve,the hydraulic control scheme of the action of the steam supply valve was designed,in which the remote control of the opening of the steam supply valve is realized through the motion relationship between the active cylinder and the driven cylinder.The computer-controlled proportional relief valve with hydraulic pressure as power source was determined,and the experimental platform of steam supply valve system driven by driving oil cylinder and driven oil cylinder was built.The following,deviation and controllability of driving oil cylinder and driven oil cylinder were systematically tested,then the PID control of valve opening was tested.The results showed that the hydraulic control scheme of the steam supply valve realizes the automatic control of the valve opening of the steam supply valve.
