摘  要:为了解我国肉牛营养与饲料的最新研究进展,作者主要查阅总结了国内近5年来肉牛营养与饲料的文献报道,从肉牛营养需要与饲料营养价值评定、瘤胃代谢与营养调控、饲料替抗与绿色添加剂、地方特色饲料资源与开发利用等4个方面进行阐述,并指出这几个方面存在的问题及今后研究的方向,以期促进我国肉牛营养与饲料研究与应用。The domestic literatures of beef cattle feed and nutrition research in China in recent five years were analyzed and summarized.The evaluation of beef cattle nutritional requirements and feed nutritional values assessment,rumen metabolism and nutrient regulation,alternative antibiotic feeds and green additives and development and utilization of local characteristic feed resources were involved.The existing problems in the past researches and later trend of these four aspects were pointed out.Thus,this review could provide reference to promote the research and application of feed and nutrition of beef cattle in China.
