摘  要:研究一种新型标签粘贴系统,旨在提高产品的包装质量和生产效率。根据设计要求运用FluidSim软件设计出两种控制回路,分别以延时阀、行程阀等气动元件设计的气动控制回路,以传感器、时间继电器、电磁换向阀等电气元件设计的电气控制回路;对两种设计回路进行仿真实验,并完成系统回路安装调试;结果显示两种控制回路通过系统安装调试运行效果良好,验证了设计回路的可行性;通过对两种控制回路进行对比分析,电气控制回路通过时间继电器来延时,不仅可以实现定量控制,而且容易实现自动控制,动作顺序非常灵活,准确达到设计要求。A new label-pasting system was designed to improve product packaging quality and production efficiency.According to the design requirements,two kinds of control circuits were designed by FluidSim software.The pneumatic control circuits were designed by pneumatic components such as delay valve and travel valve,and the electrical control circuits are designed by electrical components such as sensor,time relay and electromagnetic directional valve.The simulation experiments of the two kinds of design circuits are carried out,and the system circuit installation and debugging were completed.The two kinds of control loop through the system installation debugging operation effect was good,verified the feasibility of the design loop.Through the comparative analysis of the two control circuits,the electrical control loop is delayed by a time relay,it can not only realize quantitative control,but also realize automatic control easily,the movement sequence is very flexible and meets the design requirements accurately.
