摘　　要：作为以互联网为背景的新型非正当竞争行为,目前刷单已形成完整的灰色产业链,这不仅损害消费者和正常网络商家的合法利益,而且破坏了网购市场正常秩序,危害社会信用根基。在现有法律和法规制度框架下,各大网购平台应该立足自身,逐步建立电商联合诚信体制,制订更为完善的规章制度,打击不法商家通过刷单提升排名行为。市场监管及司法部门应不断完善相关法律法规,增大处罚力度,提高刷单的违法成本。As a new type of unfair competition behavior against the background of the internet,click farming has formed a complete gray industrial chain at present.It not only damages the legitimate interests of consumers and normal network merchants,but also destroys the normal order of online shopping market,and endangers the foundation of social credit.Under the current laws and regulations system framework,each e-commerce platform should be based on their own,gradually set up the system of electricity joint integrity,formulate more perfect rules,fight against the behavior of illegal businessmen through the brush single rank.Market regulation and the justice department should continue to perfect relevant laws and regulations,and increasing penalties,so as to raise the cost of illegal businessmen brush single illegal.
