摘　　要："管理学在中国"2019年会(第12届)围绕"新时代管理:演化与共生"这一主题,抓住数字化、平台化、网络化、生态化的实践前沿,研讨了平台演化、创业平台生态等实践与理论,探索了规模法则、非系统性案例等新方法,深化了对本土管理实践与理论的理解。结合大会报告、会议论文以及现场交流情况对主要学术观点进行述评和展望。Theming on "Management in the Era of Evolution and Symbiosis", the 2019 Annual Conference on Management in China(12 th) focused on practice frontiers of digitalization, platformization, networking and ecologicalization, discussed the practices and theories of platform evolution, entrepreneurial platform ecology, etc., as well as explored some new methods such as scaling laws and non-systematic case study, which deepened the understanding of indigenous management practice and theory. Main viewpoints in the conference were reviewed according to the reports, papers and the on-spot discussions.
