摘 要:传统的冲压生产废料很多时候未能进行二次生产转化为产品零件,造成了原材料的极大浪费。本文研究了一种新型的废料向上收集方法,通过冲压工艺的调整、模具结构设计的优化以及自动化生产线的改造,实现了顶盖天窗部位大块废料的整体向上收集并再次利用在同车型小的结构零件上,极大提升了整车材料利用率,此方法为后续新车型开发提供了宝贵的经验。In many cases,the traditional stamping production wastes are not converted into product parts in subsequent production,which results in a great waste of raw materials.In this paper,a new kind of waste collection method was investigated.Through the adjustment of stamping process,the optimization of die structure and the transformation of automatic production line,the overall upward collection of large waste in the part of roof skylight was realized,which was reused for small structural parts of the same model.This method greatly improves the utilization rate of vehicle materials and provides valuable experience for the subsequent development of new models.
