摘 要:为研究盐冻融循环作用下不同种类温拌胶粉改性沥青砂浆的低温性能,对掺加表面活性剂SDYK型温拌胶粉改性沥青砂浆(CR-WMA-S)、降粘剂EM型温拌胶粉改性沥青砂浆(CR-WMA-E)和热拌胶粉改性沥青砂浆(CR-HMA)在不同盐浓度(质量分数:0%,8%)和冻融循环次数(0,5,10,15,20,25次)条件下进行低温小梁弯曲试验,并对其低温性能进行对比分析.结果表明:CR-WMA-S、CR-WMA-E和CR-HMA三种沥青砂浆经的低温力学性能随冻融循环次数的增加和盐浓度的升高而降低;三种胶粉改性沥青砂浆的低温抗裂性能表现为:CR-WMA-S和CR-WMA-E的低温抗裂性能优于CR-HMA,CR-WMA-S优于CR-WMA-E.To study the low temperature performances of different types of warm mix rubber powder modified asphalt mortars under the actions of salt freeze-thaw cycles,trabecula member bending tests are conducted on surfactant SDYK warm mixing rubber powder modified asphalt mortar(CR-WMA-S),viscosity reducer agent EM warm mixing rubber powder modified asphalt mortar(CR-WMA-E)and hot mix rubber powder modified asphalt mortar(CR-HMA)of different salt concentrations(mass fraction:0%,8%)under different freeze-thaw cycles(0,5,10,15,20,25)of low temperature conditions.The low temperature performances of the three kinds of mixtures are compared and analyzed.The results show that the low-temperature mechanical properties of the three asphalt mortars CR-WMA-S,CR-WMA-E and CR-HMA decrease with the increase of the number of freeze-thaw cycles and the increase of salt concentrations.The low-temperature crack resistances of the three asphalt mortars are as follows:CR-WMA-S and CR-WMA-E have better low-temperature crack resistances than CR-HMA and CR-WMA-S has a better low-temperature crack resistance than CR-WMA-E.
