摘　　要：数字经济的区域响应机制,可进一步区分为市场响应机制和区域发展机制,前者主要表现为市场的活力,创新创业的氛围,不断完善的市场结构,以及强劲有力的市场主体带动和外围空间的产业集群的存在;后者突出强调了区域的开放性,人才集聚的机制,基础设施的完善,政府的产业政策和由政府、市场主体和社会形成的协同发展和区域一体化机制的作用。推动数字经济发展和治理,需要进一步加快对内外开放和改革,激发市场的活力,打造和培育全社会创新创业动力,推进以数字经济的创新龙头企业为引领,政府、市场主体和社会之间的协同治理和区域一体化机制的完善,加快新基建和人才集聚,在更大的空间范围内优化资源配置,形成数字经济发展的创新空间。The regional response mechanism for digital economy can be further divided into the market response mechanism and the regional development mechanism.The former is mainly manifested in the vitality of the market,the atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship,the improving market structure,the strong driving force of market players,and the existence of industrial clusters in the peripheral areas;the latter highlights the regional openness and talent attracting mechanism,the improvement of infrastructure,the government's industrial policy, and the coordinated development and regional integration mechanism formed by the government,market players and society. To promote the development and governance of digital economy, we need to further accelerate the opening up and reform at home and abroad,stimulate the vitality of the market,create and cultivate the driving force of innovation and entrepreneurship of the whole society, let the leading innovative enterprises in the sector of digital economy play a guiding role,improve the collaborative governance and regional integration mechanism between the government,market players and society, and accelerate the new infrastructure construction and talent introduction,optimize resource allocation in more areas,and form the innovation space for developing the digital economy.
