摘 要:作为新兴的电子商务营销模式,“直播带货”不仅让主播获取高额收益,还可以帮助消费者提升消费体验,为许多质量有保证、服务有保障的产品打开销路。但是,在流量经济繁荣背后,“直播带货”乱象丛生,部分商品造假,其侵权行为甚至触碰法律红线。因此,加强“直播带货”监管工作,需政府部门健全法律法规、直播平台担负起监管重任,社会公众提高维权意识。As a new e-commerce marketing model,"livestream shopping"not only allows the hosts to obtain a large income,but also helps with consumer experience,opening up the market for many products with guaranteed quality and service.However,behind the prosperity of online business,"livestream shopping"also faces many problems.For example,some commodities are counterfeited,to the extent that it has violated the law. Therefore,to strengthen the regulation of"livestream shopping",the government need to improve the laws and regulations,the live broadcasting platforms should shoulder the heavy responsibility of supervision,and the public should be more aware of rights protection.
