氟喹诺酮类药物在结核病治疗中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探究氟喹诺酮类药物(左氧氟沙星片)在结核病患者治疗中的临床应用价值。方法 80例结核病患者作为研究对象,依照治疗方式不同分为对照组与研究组,每组40例。对照组患者给予利福平、乙胺丁醇及链霉菌等临床常用药物治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上给予左氧氟沙星片治疗。观察并比较两组临床治疗效果以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,研究组患者治疗总有效率为97.5%,明显高于对照组的75.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为10.0%,明显低于对照组的35.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氟喹诺酮类药物对结核病患者的临床治疗效果显著,有助于促进患者康复,安全可靠,因而值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical value of fluoroquinolones(levofloxacin tablets)in the treatment of tuberculosis.Methods A total of 80 tuberculosis patients as study subjects were divided into control group and research group according to different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with commonly used clinical drugs such as rifampicin,ethambutol,and streptomyces,while patients in the research group were treated with levofloxacin tablets on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect and occurrence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment of the research group was 97.5%,which was obviously higher than 75.0%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the research group was 10.0%,which was obviously lower than 35.0%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fluoroquinolones are effective in the treatment of tuberculosis patients,which is helpful to promote the rehabilitation of patients.It is safe and reliable,so it is worthy of clinical promotiona and application.
