三甲复脉汤对小儿气阴亏虚型多汗症证候积分及疗效的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨三甲复脉汤治疗小儿气阴亏虚型多汗症的临床效果。方法 120例小儿气阴亏虚型多汗症患儿,采用随机抽签法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组患儿给予常规治疗,观察组患儿在对照组基础上给予三甲复脉汤加减治疗。比较两组患儿治疗前后中医证候积分、临床治疗效果。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率为95.00%,显著高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患儿中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患儿中医证候积分均较本组治疗前下降,且观察组中医证候积分(4.18±0.85)分显著低于对照组的(8.02±1.64)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿气阴亏虚型多汗症给予三甲复脉汤治疗,能够显著改善患儿症状和证候,疗效显著,值得推广。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Sanjia Fumai Decoction on syndrome score and curative effect of hyperhidrosis of children with hyperhidrosis due to Qi-Yin deficiency.Methods A total of 120 children with hyperhidrosis due to Qi-Yin deficiency were divided into control group and observation group according to random lottery methods,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the observation group was treated with addition and subtraction of Sanjia Fumai Decoction.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome integral and clinical effect were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome integral between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome integral of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group(4.18±0.85)points was significantly lower than(8.02±1.64)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sanjia Fumai Decoction can significantly improve the symptom and syndrome of children with hyperhidrosis due to QiYin deficiency,and it is worthy of promotion.
