摘　　要：本文从招生规模增长、学位点建设、教学改革实施、创新工程推进、学科评估、就业情况改善6项主要指标的完成情况和改革招生制度、完善招生机制、严控招生录取风险、强化导师队伍、推进医教协同等9项具体任务推进情况,概述了“十三五”以来湖南中医药大学研究生教育事业发展的基本情况,分析了“十三五”期间研究生教育的改革发展举措与成效、存在的困难与问题,并对今后进一步开展研究生教育工作提出了思考与举措。This paper summarized the basic situation of postgraduate education development in Hunan University of Chinese medicine since the"13th Five-Year Plan",and analyzed the reform and development measures and effects of postgraduate education during the"13th Five-Year Plan"period,as well as the existing difficulties and problems from the completion of 6 main indicators of the growth of enrollment scale,the construction of degree points,the implementation of teaching reform,the promotion of innovation project,the promotion of discipline evaluation,and the improvement of employment and the progress of 9 specific tasks including reforming the enrollment system,improving the enrollment mechanism,strictly controlling enrollment risks,strengthening the team of tutors,and promoting medical-education collaboration.Finally,the author put forward thoughts and measures for further postgraduate education in the future.
