冠心通络胶囊治疗动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病的研究进展

摘　　要：冠心通络胶囊是用于治疗动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病的复方中药制剂,其作用机制可能与扩张冠状动脉、增加冠状动脉血流量、降低心肌耗氧量、降低全血黏度、降低血浆黏度、降低红细胞压积及改善血液黏稠度等因素有关。本文总结了近年来冠心通络胶囊在治疗动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病作用方面的最新进展,主要从中医认识、药理研究、基础研究和临床研究等方面进行综述,为后续科学研究和临床应用提供参考。Guanxin Tongluo Capsule is a compound Chinese materia medica preparation for the treatment of the atherosclerotic cardiovascular diseases.Its action mechanism could be related to the expansion of the coronary arteries,increase of the coronary blood flow,reduction of the myocardial oxygen consumption,reduction of the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and hematocrit,and improvement of the blood viscosity of the patients.This paper summarized the latest progress on the role of the Guanxin Tongluo Capsule in treating atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease in recent years mainly from the aspects of traditional Chinese medicine understanding,pharmacological research,basic research and clinical research,which can provide the reference for the follow-up science research and clinical application.
