摘 要:2017年5—11月检测了烟台四十里湾扇贝养殖区环境因子与浮游植物,评价了该海域海水的营养状态及质量。由Pearson相关性可以看出,浮游植物密度与溶氧(DO)和无机磷(DIP)含量呈显著正相关。依单因子评价指数得出:除5月份无机氮(DIN)和6月份DIP没有达到国家二类水质标准外,其他各项指标均适宜扇贝生长;营养状态质量指数、海水营养指数和叶绿素a营养水平指数评价显示:养殖区在6月处于富营养化状态;海水质量综合评价表明:除5、6月处于轻度污染状态,7—11月均处于清洁状态或较清洁状态。整体来看,除个别月份出现轻度富营养化与轻度污染外,烟台四十里湾扇贝养殖区在扇贝养殖期间水质良好,生态系统较稳定,适宜扇贝的养殖。The relationship between environmental factors and phytoplankton was investigated by analyzing levels of nutrients,sulfides and chlorophyll a and by nutrient quality index and by nutrient index of seawater in the scallop culture area in Shili Bay,Yantai,Shangdong Province,from May to November 2017.The nutritional status and quality of seawater were evaluated by seawater nutrient status index(NQI),seawater nutrient index(E),Chl a nutrient levels index(D),single factor evaluation index and Nemero environmental quality comprehensive evaluation index.Pearson correlation indicated that phytoplankton density was positively correlated with levels of dissolved oxygen(DO)and inorganic phosphorus(DIP).With the single factor evaluation index,it can be concluded that the other indices are suitable for the growth of scallop except inorganic nitrogen(DIN)in May and DIP in June,which are not up to the national second-class water quality standard.According to the nutrition quality index evaluation,the seawater nutrition index evaluation and the chlorophyll a nutrition level index evaluation indicated that the aquaculture area was in eutrophication state in June.The comprehensive evaluation of seawater quality showed that except in May and June,the seawater was in a mild pollution state,and were all in a clean or relatively clean state from July to November.Overall,except for mild eutrophication and slight pollution in some months,the scallop culture area in Yantai Bay had good water quality and stable ecosystem during the period of scallop culture,which was suitable for scallop culture.
