摘  要:近年来,对虾肝胰腺微孢子虫病(hepatopancreatic microsporidiosis,HPM)在全球对虾重要养殖区域流行,造成了严重的经济损失,引起全世界的广泛关注。虾肝肠胞虫(Enterocytozoon hepatopenaei,EHP)是引起对虾HPM的主要病原,感染后对虾生长缓慢,虾苗规格差异显著。本文通过梳理HPM与EHP关系的研究成果,综合报道EHP与HPM的发生与流行、临床体征与病理特征、致病机理、诊断方法及防控措施,以期为进一步深入研究EHP和预防HPM提供参考。In recent years,prevalence of hepatopancreatic microsporidiosis(HPM)as an emerging disease resulting in serious economic loss in the main shrimp farming area attracts broad attention in the whole world,and the main causative agent of HPM is shown to be identified as Enterocytozoon hepatopenaei(EHP).Infected shrimp generally show clinical signs including growth retardation and wide size variation.The present paper provides an overview of relationship between HPM and EHP according to the domestic and foreign literatures.Particularly,occurrence and epidemic,clinical signs and pathologic features,pathogenesis,detection technology and prevention and control measures for HMP and EHP are described,and fundamental findings related to the disease are discussed to provide guidelines to further research on EHP and prevention of HPM.
