摘 要:目的:总结新冠肺炎疫情高峰期间江苏省热线援助来电者的心理特点和需求。方法:对2020年1月27日至2月25日江苏省心理危机干预热线来电的数据和内容进行归纳分类,并进行数据初步分析。结果:有情绪问题或躯体不适主诉的来电累计225例,占与疫情相关来电总数的90.00%。其中焦虑136例(54.40%),躯体不适38例(15.20%),失眠26例(10.40%),抑郁21例(8.40%),强迫2例(0.80%),疑病2例(0.80%),咨询疫情下就诊问题25例(10.00%)。结论:疫情高峰期间焦虑与躯体不适主诉来电占比较高,其次是抑郁。疫情期间就诊问题也是特殊时期的现实问题。Objective:To summarize the psychological status and needs of Jiangsu hotline assistance during the peak of outbreak of novel coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).Method:The data and contents of Jiangsu's psychological crisis intervention hotline were classified and preliminarily analyzed from January 27 to February 25,2020.Results:There were a total of 225 cases with emotional problems or physical discomfort,accounting for 90.00%of the total sample number of hotlines related to the epidemic.The number of subjects with anxiety,physical discomfort,insomnia,depression,obsessive-compulsive symptom,illness anxiety and consultations for treatment of COVID-19 was 136(54.40%),38(15.20%),26(10.40%),21(8.40%),2(0.80%),2(0.80%)and 25(10.00%),respectively.Conclusion:Complaints with anxiety and physical discomfort account for a high proportion of hotlines during the peak of the epidemic,followed by depression.Consultation of medical and psychiatric treatment is also a really critical issue in a special period.
