摘 要:该研究验证了水力搅拌在沼气工程启动阶段的显著优化作用,用3台653.5 L的厌氧发酵实验罐进行接种液启动实验,通过42天连续发酵,采用底部进水高位集中压力出水(单口)和底部进水高位分散式压力出水(四口)两种循环流化水力搅拌方案均取得了显著的优化效果,但四口方案的优化程度明显高于单口方案。利用计算流体动力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,CFD)数值计算方法,模拟搅拌流场,通过图形识别流场形态缺陷和改进方法,阐述流动规律和产气率、甲烷含量、酸性、COD浓度、氨氮浓度等指标的内在联系,在一定程度上揭示了优化设计水力搅拌方案内在的流体力学机理。This study verified the significant optimization effect of hydraulic agitation in the starting stage of biogas project.Three sets of 653.5L anaerobic fermentation tanks were used to start the inoculated anaerobic fermentation.After 42 days of continuous fermentation,both two type of circulating fluidized hydraulic agitation schemes,namely high-position concentrated pressure outlet with inlet at the bottom(single outlet)and high-position decentralized pressure outlets with inlet at the bottom(four outlets),achieved significant optimization results for starting up.However,the optimization degree of the four outlets scheme was obviously higher than that of the single outlet scheme.Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)was used to simulate the stirring flow pattern,and the flow pattern defects and improvement methods were identified by graphics.The internal relations between the flow rule and the indexes such as gas production rate,methane content,acidity,COD concentration and ammonia nitrogen concentration,were expounded.To some extent,it revealed the internal hydromechanical mechanism of optimal designed hydraulic agitation scheme.
