摘 要:文章利用猪粪水半连续厌氧发酵实验数据和黑龙江省近五年的逐日气温,计算了黑龙江省沼气工程的最适运行温度。计算结果表明:在14℃~35℃,有机负荷为3 gVS·L^-1d^-1,水力停留时间为15天的条件下,黑龙江省沼气工程的最适运行温度均为20.6℃,此时产能与耗能的比值为1.17。根据黑龙江省历史日平均最低温度计算了沼气工程厌氧反应器的保温层厚度,并在黑龙江省进行了沼气工程验证,结果表明:在黑龙江地区,当保温材料PS厚度为86 mm厚时,沼气工程的日最大温降小于0.5℃,池容产气率大于0.5 m^3·d^-1L^-1。该文可为寒区沼气工程节能增效提供计算方法和技术支持。Based on the experimental data of sequencing batch anaerobic fermentation of swine breeding wastewater and the daily temperature of Heilongjiang Province in recent five years,the optimum operation temperature of biogas plants in Heilongjiang province was evaluated.The results showed that the optimum operation temperature of the biogas plants in Heilongjiang province was 20.6℃under the ambient temperature of 14℃~35℃,organic loading of 3 gVS·L^-1d-1 and hydraulic retention time of 15 days.The ratio of energy production to energy consumption attained 1.17.The thermal insulation board thickness of the plants in Heilongjiang Province was calculated according to the optimum operation temperature and the historical minimum ambient temperature.The verification result showed that,when the PS thermal insulation layer thickness was 86 mm,the daily temperature change of biogas plant was less than 0.5℃and the gas yield per unit digester volume was greater than 0.5 m3·d-1L^-1.The study can provide reference and technology support for the biogas plants in cold region to increase the energy efficiency and operation profitability.
