摘  要:以Fe3O4@SiO2粒子为磁性填料,合成了PUU/Fe3O4@SiO2复合材料,并对PUU/Fe3O4@SiO2复合材料的形状记忆性能和再加工性能进行研究。结果表明:随着Fe3O4@SiO2粒子含量的逐渐增大,材料热致形状回复所需时间不断缩短,当Fe3O4@SiO2粒子含量为5%时,形状回复时间为134 s,形状固定率为100%,形状回复率为94.44%;当Fe3O4@SiO2粒子含量为5%时,材料具有磁致形状记忆行为,形状固定率为100%,形状回复率为72.22%。PUU/Fe3O4@SiO2复合材料具有可再加工性,随着Fe3O4@SiO2粒子含量逐渐增大,材料再加工所需温度由69℃提高至77℃。PUU/Fe3O4@SiO2 composites were synthesized with Fe3O4@SiO2 particles as magnetic fillers and the shape memory property and reprocessing property was studied.The results showed that with the content of Fe3O4@SiO2 particles increasing,the time required for thermal-induced shape recovery was shortened.When the content of Fe3O4@SiO2 particles was 5%,the shape recovery time was 134 s,the shape retention ratio was 100%,and the shape recovery ratio was 94.44%.And when the content of Fe3O4@SiO2 particles was 5%,the PUU/Fe3O4@SiO2 composites had magnetic-induced shape memory effect.The shape retention ratio was 100%and the shape recovery ratio was 72.22%.PUU/Fe3O4@SiO2 composite material was reworkable,with the increase of Fe3O4@SiO2 content,the reprocessing temperature increased from 69℃to 77℃.
