摘 要:塑料吹膜机的温度控制具有非线性、时变性和滞后性,对塑料薄膜产品的质量和产量产生了很大的影响。针对这一问题,设计了三阶滑模变结构控制器,引入辅助变量项来构造关于滑模函数三阶微分的标准动态方程,以消除传统滑模固有的抖振问题,并采用Lyapunov方法证明系统的稳定性。对塑料吹膜机的温度控制进行仿真实验,结果表明:相比传统滑模控制器,设计的三阶滑模控制器具有0超调、无抖振、响应快速的优越性能,能够更好地跟踪温度变化曲线。The temperature control of the plastic film blowing machine is nonlinear, time-varying and hysteresis, which has a great influence on the quality and output of plastic film products. In order to solve this problem, the third-order sliding mode variable structure control is designed, and the auxiliary variable term to construct the standard dynamic equation about the third-order differential of the sliding mode function is introduced, in order to eliminate the chattering problem inherent in the traditional sliding mode, using Lyapunov method to prove the stability of the system. The temperature control of the plastic film blowing machine is simulated. The results show that compared with the traditional sliding mode controller, the designed third-order sliding mode controller has the superior performance of 0 overshoot, no chattering, and fast response, and it can better track the temperature change curve.
