摘 要:针对工程轮胎消耗量大、废旧轮胎产生量多、回收率低等问题,介绍了国内外回收废旧轮胎的方法及高压水射流技术.结合水射流破碎机理,提出利用高压水射流技术回收轮胎胶粉颗粒的方案;试验采用DWJ-FA/B型悬臂式数控水切割机,选取横向移动速度、靶距、压力和喷嘴直径为试验因素,橡胶粉的平均颗粒度为评价指标,每项因素取4个水平,用拟水平法设计正交试验表,按正交试验表L16(44)设计安排16组试验.结果表明:射流压力170 MPa、靶距120 mm、喷嘴直径1.0 mm、横向移动速度500 mm/min情况下,胶粉的平均颗粒度最佳.对进一步拓展回收其他类型轮胎胶粉量具有参考价值.In view of the problems of large consumption of engineering tires,large amount of waste tires and low recovery rate,the methods of recycling waste tires at home and abroad and the technology of high pressure water jet is introduced in this paper.Combined with the mechanism of water jet breaking,the scheme of using high pressure water jet technology is proposed to recover tire rubber powder particles.In the experiment,DWJ-FA/B cantilever numerical control water cutting machine is adopted,and the lateral moving speed,target distance and pressure are selected.The force and nozzle diameter are the test factors,and the evaluation index is the average particle size of rubber powder.Four levels are taken for each factor.The orthogonal test table is designed with pseudo level method,and 16 groups of tests are arranged according to the orthogonal test table L16(44).The results show that when the jet pressure is 170 MPa,the target distance is 120 mm,the nozzle diameter is 1.0 mm,and the lateral velocity is 500 mm/min,the average particle size of rubber powder is the best.It has a certain reference value for further development and recovery of other types of tire rubber powder.
