摘 要:随着大众创业,万众创新政策的实施,如何促进区域创新已成为国家关注的重点问题。本文选取2007~2018年全国31个省(市)为研究对象,将各地区的财政支出、居民消费与区域创新纳入统一框架下,对三者的关系进行研究。结果发现:财政支出对居民消费有正向促进作用;居民消费有利于促进地区区域创新;中介效应显示财政支出可以通过居民消费促进区域创新。在进一步分析中,我们发现创新效应存在区域差异性,较于中西部地区,东部地区的居民消费对区域创新的促进作用更强;从城乡居民消费分组来看,较于农村居民消费,城镇居民消费对区域创新的促进效应更强。With the implementation of mass entrepreneurship and innovation policy,how to promote regional innovation has become the focus of national attention.This paper selects 31 provinces(cities)in China from 2007 to 2018 as the research object,and studies the relationship between fiscal expenditure,resident consumption and regional innovation under the unified framework.The results show that:fiscal expenditure has a positive role in promoting residents'consumption;residents'consumption is conducive to promoting regional innovation;and the intermediary effect shows that fiscal expenditure can promote regional innovation through residents'consumption.In the further analysis,we find that there are regional differences in the innovation effect.Compared with the central and western regions,the eastern region's residents'consumption has a stronger role in promoting regional innovation;from the perspective of urban and rural residents'consumption,compared with rural residents'consumption,urban residents'consumption has a stronger promoting effect on regional innovation.
