后疫情时代下数字经济带动经济发展的实证分析

摘　　要：随着数字技术与实体经济融合发展,信息革命蜂拥而至。伴随着数字产业化、产业数字化转型升级,数字经济给经济社会发展带来新动能。然而,新冠肺炎疫情突如其来,对我国乃至全球经济都带来了前所未有的严重冲击。后疫情时代数字经济如何促进我国经济发展,又将带来怎样的影响与变革,成为当下讨论的重要话题。本文通过梳理总结数字经济发展基本态势,分析新冠肺炎疫情对经济发展带来的影响,揭示疫情冲击后的数字经济发展机遇,通过因子分析和回归分析模型,实证后疫情时代下,以第三产业为主的网络消费新模式开辟了数字经济发展新空间,也将不断催生新模式、新业态、新产业,推动数字经济高质量发展,成为我国经济发展的重要增长点。With the integration and development of digital technology and real economy,the information revolution has come in swarms.Along with digital industrialization and industrial digital transformation and upgrading,digital economy has brought new momentum to economic and social development.However,the outbreak of COVID-19 has brought an unprecedented severe impact on China and even the global economy.In the post-epidemic era,how the digital economy can promote economic development of China,and what impacts and changes it will bring,have become a significant topic of current discussion.The article summarizes the basic trend of digital economy development,analyzes the influence of COVID-19 on economic development,and reveals the opportunities for digital economic development after the epidemic.Through the factor analysis and regression analysis model,the article demonstrates that the new mode of online consumption based on the tertiary industry has opened up a new space for the development of digital economy in the post-epidemic era to constantly hasten new models,new formats,and new industries,and to promote the high-quality development of the digital economy,which becomes an important growth point of economic development in China.
