摘  要:为实现煤化工废水的资源化利用,以一种新型萃取剂对高浓度含酚兰炭废水进行了络合萃取处理,并以NaOH溶液作为反萃取剂进行了反萃取试验。研究了废水pH值、油水比、萃取级数、NaOH溶液浓度、反萃比、反萃级数等因素对萃取-反萃取效率的影响,并对萃取剂重复使用及其萃取机理进行了初步探讨。结果表明:在废水pH值为4,油水比为1∶2,1级萃取条件下,脱酚率达到97.8%,COD去除率达到87.9%。在碱液质量分数为8%、反萃比为1∶2、反萃级数为3级条件下,反萃率达到95.6%。新型萃取剂萃取-反萃取使用5次后出水COD和挥发酚的质量浓度仍可降至6309、66.71 mg/L。该萃取剂是一种可以长期循环使用的工业萃取剂。In order to realize resource utilization of coal chemical wastewater,a new type of extractant was used for the complexing extraction of high concentration phenol-containing semi-coke wastewater;besides,a reverse extraction experiment with NaOH solution as back-extractant was also carried out.The effect of pH value,oil-water ratio,extraction grade,NaOH solution concentration,reverse extraction ratio,reverse extraction grade and some other factors on extraction-reverse extraction efficiency were studied,more than that,extractant reuse and its extraction mechanism were preliminary discussed.The results showed that,under the condition that the pH value of the wastewater was 4,the oil-water ratio was 1∶2,the extraction grade was 1,the dephenolization rate reached 97.8%,the removal rate of COD reached 87.9%.Under the condition that the mass fraction of alkali liquor was 8%,the reverse extraction ratio was 1∶2,the reverse extraction grade was 3,the reverse extraction rate reached 95.6%.After 5 times of extraction-reverse extraction,the mass concentrations of COD and volatile phenol in the effluent water could be reduced to 6309 and 66.71 mg/L respectively.The said extractant is a kind of industrial extractant that can be recycled for a long time.
