废纸造纸废水处理与回用工程实例

摘　　要：针对某废纸造纸废水污染物浓度较高、可生化性一般、悬浮物浓度高等特点,设计采用格栅-斜筛/混凝沉淀-综合调节-水解酸化-好氧-砂滤处理工艺,介绍了该处理工艺的流程、主要设计参数、处理效果及运行成本。运行结果表明,该系统运行稳定,调节池出水满足制浆车间回用要求,最终出水满足造纸车间回用要求,出水水质长期稳定达到GB 3544—2008《制浆造纸工业水污染物排放标准》表2排放标准限值。Accordign to the characteristics of wastewater from waste paper papermaking such as:high pollutants concentration,poor biodegradability,high suspended solid concentration and so on,a combined process of grilling-inclined screen/coagulation sedimentation-comprehensive adjustion-hydrolytic acidification-aerobic-sand filtration,was designed and adopted.The flow,main design parameters,treatment effect and operation cost of the said process were introduced.The operation results showed that,the said system ran stably,the effluent water from the adjusting tank satisfied the recycling requirement of pulping workshop,the finally effluent water met the recycling requirement of papermaking workshop.The effluent water quality stably met the discharge standard limit of table 2 in GB 3544—2008 Discharge standard of water pollutants for pulp and paper industry for a long time.
