摘  要:目的:探讨磁共振3D-WATSc及m-FFE序列对比PDWI压脂序列在膝关节软骨病损的评估价值。方法:将2019年1月~2019年11月收治本院关节外科拟进行膝关节镜诊治患者50例,进行膝关节磁共振检查,采用三种关节软骨常用的评价序列(3D-WATSc、m-FFE、PDWI压脂)进行检查,通过形态以及信号改变观察评价膝关节软骨,并按关节软骨MR分级系统进行分级评价,最后通过膝关节镜进行证实,评价这三种序列间的优劣。结果:三维水激发序列(3D-WATSc)的阳性率为94.00%;快速场回波序列(m-FFE)的阳性率为78.00%;质子密度加权密度压脂序列(PDWI)的阳性率为62.00%;三组不同检查序列的阳性率差异达到统计显著(F=14.918;P<0.05);检查序列间的方差分析非缺损处与缺损区软骨信号强度比值差异达到统计显著(F=4.036;P<0.05)。结论:3D-WATSc技术成像在评估膝关节软骨病损中具有较高的敏感性,值得在临床膝关节软骨病损的评估中推广使用。Objective:to investigate the evaluation value of mri 3 d-watsc and m-ffe sequences compared with PDWI lipoprotein sequences in knee rickets.Methods:from January 2019 to November 2019 treated in our hospital joint surgery in 50 patients with the arthroscopic diagnosis and treatment, magnetic resonance imaging for the knee joint, using three kinds of commonly used evaluation sequence of articular cartilage(3 d-WATSc, m-FFE, PDWI pressure fat) inspections, knee joint cartilage by observation of morphology and signal change evaluation, and according to MR grading system for grading evaluation of articular cartilage, and finally confirmed by the arthroscopic, the advantages and disadvantages between the evaluation of the three sequences.Results:the positive rate of 3 d-watsc was 94.00%. The positive rate of m-ffe is 78.00%. The positive rate of proton density weighted density lipids(PDWI) was 62.00%. The positive rates of the three groups with different examination sequences were statistically significant(F=14.918;P<0.05);The ratio of signal intensity between non-defect and defect cartilage in anova was statistically significant(F=4.036;P<0.05).Conclusion:3 d-watsc imaging has a high sensitivity in the evaluation of knee rickets, and it is worthy to be popularized in the clinical evaluation of knee rickets.
