摘　　要：目的:探讨肌骨超声在创伤性浅表软组织损伤中的应用。方法:选取2018年9月-2020年2月我院接收的疑似创伤性浅表组织损伤的88例患者作为本研究对象。所有患者均进行X线检查与肌骨超声检查,以手术病理诊断结果为金标准,比较两种检测方式的诊断结果及诊断符合率。结果:肌骨超声诊断结果明显优于X线检查(X2=5.106,P<0.05);肌骨超声对跟腱断裂、韧带撕裂、半月板损伤及皮下异物诊断的符合率均高于X线检查(P<0.05)。结论:对创伤性浅表软组织损伤者采用肌骨超声诊断,能够对其损伤情况进行有效判定,且敏感性及特异性均相对较高,利于推广应用。Objective:to investigate the application of musculoskeletal ultrasound in traumatic superficial soft tissue injury.Methods:a total of 88 patients with suspected traumatic superficial tissue injury admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the subjects of this study.All patients underwent X-ray examination and musculoskeletal ultrasound examination,and the results of surgical and pathological diagnosis were taken as the gold standard to compare the diagnostic results and diagnostic coincidence rate of the two methods.Results:the result of musculoskeletal ultrasound diagnosis was significantly better than that of X-ray examination(X^2=5.106,P<0.05).The coincidence rate of musculoskeletal ultrasound in diagnosis of Achilles tendon rupture,ligament tear,meniscus injury and subcutaneous foreign body was higher than that of X-ray examination(P<0.05).Conclusion:musculoskeletal ultrasonography can be used to diagnose traumatic superficial soft tissue injury,and the sensitivity and specificity are relatively high.
