摘　　要：在钛合金配料过程中,屑状合金添加需人工称重配料,存在称料过程无记录、无历史数据追溯、缺乏有效监管、不便于质量管理等问题。利用三维力控组态软件SCADA(监控和数据采集)功能和西门子S7-200 SMART PLC便捷通讯接口及ZigBee无线网络,设计出一个交互界面美观,功能完整的配料监控系统。现场实际应用效果表明、系统可以准确可靠地对人工配料过程进行监控,实现人工称料标准作业,取得了明显的应用效果。In the process of titanium alloy batching,the addition of scrap alloy needs to be weighed manually.There are some problems in the process of weighing,such as no record,no historical data tracing,lack of effective supervision,and inconvenient for quality management. By using the powerful SCADA(monitoring and data acquisition) function of the three-dimensional force control configuration software,the Siemens S7-200 SMART PLC convenient communication interface and ZigBee wireless network,a beautiful interface and complete function of the batching monitoring system are designed.The field application results show that the system can accurately and reliably monitor the manual batching process,realize the manual weighing standard operation,and achieve obvious application effect.
