摘　　要：设计了一种智能防溜器具箱及其监测方法,实现了对防溜器具的有效监管。智能防溜器具箱能够在轨旁存放智能铁鞋、紧固器两种防溜器具,读取相应防溜器具的出入箱信息和状态信息等,并可以将相关信息及时传输至监控上位机,实现了对防溜器具的管理效率。同时,设计了智能防溜器具箱节能、冗余供电方式,保证了智能防溜器具箱运行的经济性和可靠性。提出的智能防溜器具箱及其监测方法能够有效解决站场对防溜器具监控不及时、管理混乱等问题,有利于提高站场管理效率,具有很高的理论意义和实用价值。An intelligent cabinet for anti-slip instruments and its monitoring method is designed to realize the effective supervision of anti-slip instruments in this paper.The intelligent cabinet for anti-slip instruments can store two kinds of appliances:intelligent iron shoes and fastener.It can improve the management efficiency of anti-slip instruments by reading the information of the anti-slip instruments accessing cabinet and its status information,and then sending related information to the monitoring upper computer.An intelligent anti-slip cabinet and its monitoring method proposed in this paper can effectively solve the problem of lag monitoring and chaotic management of anti-slip devices in railway station,improve the efficiency of station management.
