摘　　要：聚合酶链反应分析仪(PCR仪)在生命科学研究、临床检验、食品检验、司法鉴定等多个领域有着广泛的应用。PCR仪器计量特性与测试结果直接相关,有助于计量测试技术的研究,能够确保测量结果的准确可靠,维护良好的仪器工作状态,同时符合相关实验室认可的要求。该文对市面上几种类型的PCR仪的关键计量特性参数的测试方法、检测设备、标准物质等进行探讨,为PCR仪的计量检测与校准工作提供参考和依据。Polymerase chain reaction analyzer(PCR instrument)is widely used in life science research,clinical testing,food testing,judicial identification and other fields.The measurement characteristics of PCR instruments are directly related to the test results.The research on the measurement technology can ensure the accuracy and reliability of the measurement results,also can maintain good working conditions of the instruments and meet the requirements of laboratory accreditation.The key measurement parameters of several types of PCR instruments such as testing methods,testing equipment and reference materials were discussed,which provided reference and basis for the measurement,testing and calibration of PCR instruments.
