摘  要:针对目前汽车气压盘式制动器性能检测的空白,依据GB/T31970—2015《汽车用气压制动卡钳总成性能要求及台架试验方法》和企业测试需求,研发一套汽车气压盘式制动器性能在线检测系统,能够实现气压盘式制动器的杠杆比、稳定间隙、迟滞、启动输入力等性能的自动检测。基于PCI数据采集卡设计高精度数据采集模块,实现过程数据的自动采集;基于伺服电机、PLC运动控制模块设计检测加载及控制系统,实现检测过程输入力、位移的自动控制;利用电磁控制阀、气缸等设计全自动检测工装,实现产品的自动固定和检测传感器的自动切换;采用LabVIEW编程设计检测软件,可完成检测流程的实时控制和测试数据处理、储存以及显示功能。对检测系统进行大量重复性实验,得出力的最大不确定度为0.4895 kN,位移最大不确定度为0.0095 mm,该检测系统性能稳定,满足企业测试要求。Aiming at the blank of performance test of air pressure disc brake,a comprehensive performance test system for air pressure disc brake was designed according to GB/T31970—2015 and enterprise requirements,which can detect the leverage ratio,stable clearance,hysteresis and starting pressure.Based on PCI data acquisition card,a high-precision data acquisition module was designed to realize the automatic acquisition of process data.Based on the servo motor and PLC motion control module,the detection loading and control system was designed,which realized the automatic control of input force and displacement in the detection process.The software was programmed with LabVIEW to realize the real-time control of the test process and the functions of test data processing,storage and display.A lot of experimental results were carried out on the test system showed that the maximum uncertainty of force was 0.4895 kN,the maximum uncertainty of displacement was 0.0095 mm.the performance of the system is stable and meets the requirements of enterprises.
