观察改良B-Lynch缝合术用于治疗剖宫产术中宫缩乏力性产后出血的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨改良B-Lynch缝合术在剖宫产术中宫缩乏力性产后出血中的应用。方法回顾性分析桂林医学院附属医院2019年8月至2020年1月收治的80例剖宫产术中宫缩乏力性产后出血产妇的临床资料。按照止血方式分为参照组与观察组,各40例,参照组进行常规止血,观察组进行改良B-Lynch缝合术。比较两组患者剖宫产手术时间、住院时间、出血量、治疗总有效率、性激素水平、并发症。结果两组的剖宫产手术时间、出血量、住院时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组性激素水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在剖宫产术中宫缩乏力性产后出血治疗中开展改良B-Lynch缝线术,对患者卵巢功能不会造成明显影响,并发症率低,疗效肯定。Objective To establish a group study to investigate the application of modified B-Lynch suture in postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia.Methods A total of 80 cases of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine atony admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical College from August 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the study subjects.According to the mode of hemostasis,the patients were divided into the reference group and the observation group,40 cases each.The reference group underwent routine hemostasis,and the observation group underwent modified B-Lynch suture.The operation time,hospital stay,blood loss,total effective rate,sex hormone level and complications of cesarean section in the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the time of cesarean section,blood loss and length of hospital stay between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of sex hormones were comparable between the two groups(P>0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified B-Lynch suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia will not significantly affect the ovarian function of patients,and the complication rate is low.
