摘 要:目的观察分析莫西沙星注射液治疗对尿毒症肺部感染患者的有效性。方法选取中国人民解放军陆军第八十集团军医院2019年2月至2020年3月收治的90例尿毒症肺部感染患者作为研究对象,根据双色球分组法将患者随机分为研究组(45例)与对照组(45例)。所有患者均给予规律血液透析治疗,对照组联合应用头孢曲松钠注射液实施抗感染治疗,研究组联合应用莫西沙星注射液实施抗感染治疗。治疗14天后,分析比较两组治疗效果;治疗前后的C-反应蛋白、降钙素原水平,以及症状体征恢复正常时间;同时比较两组不良反应发生率。结果研究组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后研究组C-反应蛋白、降钙素原水平低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后症状体征恢复正常时间、平均住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尿毒症肺部感染患者采用莫西沙星注射液治疗,临床治疗有效率显著,患者的C-反应蛋白、降钙素原水平改善明显,症状体征恢复时间短。Objective To investigate the efficacy of moxifloxacin injection in the treatment of uremic patients with pulmonary infection.Methods From February 2019 to March 2020,90 patients with uremic pulmonary infection admitted in the 80th Army Hospital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army were selected as the study object.According to the method of dichroic grouping,the patients were divided into study group and control group,each with 45 cases.Two groups were given regular hemodialysis treatment,the control group combined with ceftriaxone sodium injection for anti-infection treatment,the study group combined with moxifloxacin injection for anti-infection treatment.After 14 days of treatment,the treatment effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared;the levels of C-reactive protein and procalcitonin before and after treatment,and the time for symptoms and signs to return to normal;and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was also compared.Results The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein and procalcitonin in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the recovery time of symptoms and signs and the average hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Moxifloxacin injection is effective in the treatment of uremic pulmonary infection.The level of C-reactive protein and procalcitonin is significantly improved,and the recovery time of symptoms and signs is short.
