摘  要:利用解析冗余关系方法对系统进行故障检测和隔离的关键是建立解析冗余关系式。基于功率键合图法对多领域复杂动态系统建模的优势建立阀控马达液压系统的键图模型,加入观测信号和高斯白噪音后,建立系统双因果键合图诊断模型。根据所选双因果键合图元的因果路径关系得出系统的解析冗余关系式,并建立具有残差变化方向的故障特征矩阵。系统单一故障时,通过比较观测特征与故障特征可快速实现系统的故障诊断和隔离,表明该故障诊断方法是可行和有效的。The key of the analytical redundancy relation(ARR)method for fault detection and isolation is to establish analytical redundancy relations.The power bond graph method was used to establish the bond graph model of the valve-control motor system for its advantages in modeling complex and dynamic multi-energy domain system.After introducing observed signal and Gauss white noise into the model,the diagnostic bond graph(DBG)was constructed.Then the analytical redundancy relations(ARRs)were derived from the DBG model.According to the causality of the bicausal bond graphs,the system fault signature matrix(FSM)was obtained.When there was only one fault in the system,the system fault diagnosis and isolation could be realized by comparing the observed characteristics and the fault characteristics,which indicated that the fault diagnosis method was practical and effective.
