涂料制壳间恒温恒湿空调系统测试与分析

摘  要:精密铸造厂房的涂料制壳间恒温恒湿空调系统具有温湿度精度高、热湿扰量大且不稳定的特点,长期以来设计所采用的相关依据不明确。以某实际运行项目的测试为例,对测试数据分析,结果表明:该空调系统实际运行状况不佳,严重偏离了设计值;在室内温湿度参数严重偏离设计值的情况下,涂料制壳生产成品合格率仍可达90%以上;标准工件平均散湿速率28.2 g/h,峰值散湿速率100 g/h。The constant temperature and humidity air conditioning system in the coating shell room of the precision casting workshop has the characteristics of high temperature and humidity accuracy,large heat and humidity disturbance,and instability,and the relevant basis for its design is not clear for a long time.This paper took an actual running project as the research object,and carried out tests and analysis.The results showed that:the actual operation of the air conditioning system was not good,deviating from the design value seriously;although the indoor temperature and humidity parameters deviated from the design value seriously,the qualified rate of the coating shell process still reached up to 90%;the average moisture dissipation rate of the standard workpieces was 28.2 g/h,and the peak moisture dissipation rate was 100 g/h.
