摘  要:本文建立了一种采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定高镍锍中银含量的分析方法,测定的银含量范围为20~300 g/t。首先,在选定的试验条件下考察了不同的溶解方式、酸度、干扰元素对测定结果的影响。试验结果表明,对于该方法来说,银的工作曲线的相关系数是0.9999,检出限是0.014μg/mL,回收率为96.1%~105.0%,相对标准偏差介于2.19%~4.31%。然后,选取11家实验室,采用试验方法进行测定。结果显示,试验方法的再现性限值R介于4.5~20.5 g/t,该方法具有较好的准确性和精密度,能够满足高镍锍中银含量的测定要求。In this paper,an analytical method for the determination of silver content in high nickel matte by flame atomic absorption spectrometry is established,the range of silver content measured is 20~300 g/t.First of all,the influence of different dissolution methods,acidity,and interfering elements on the measurement results are investigated under selected test conditions.The test results show that for this method,the correlation coefficient of the working curve of silver is 0.9999,the detection limit is 0.014μg/mL,the recovery rate is 96.1%~105.0%,and the relative standard deviation is between 2.19%~4.31%.Then,11 laboratories are selected and the test method is used for determination.The results show that the reproducibility limit(R)of the test method is between 4.5 and 20.5 g/t,this method has good accuracy and precision,and can meet the determination requirements of silver content in high nickel matte.
