摘  要:本研究采用以混酸(5.0 mL盐酸,10.0 mL硝酸,6.0 mL氢氟酸,2.0 mL高氯酸)为基础的全自动石墨消解土壤的前处理方法,使用美国珀金埃尔默公司Optima 7000DV电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪测定土壤样品中铜、锌、镍和铬含量。其间通过测定铜、锌、镍和铬的谱线强度和信背比,优化仪器参数。优化后的参数如下:高频功率为1.35 kW,等离子体气流为14 L/min,雾化器流量为0.75 L/min。与火焰原子吸收法进行对比,两种测试方法没有显著性差异,都有很好的准确性和精密性,但等离子光谱法具有方法简单、分析速度快、能同时测定多种元素的优点。In this study,the pretreatment method of fully automatic graphite digestion soil based on mixed acid(5.0 mL hydrochloric acid,10.0 mL nitric acid,6.0 mL hydrofluoric acid,2.0 mL perchloric acid)was used,and the American PerkinElmer Optima 7000DV inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer was used to determine the content of copper,zinc,nickel and chromium in soil samples.In the meantime,the instrument parameters were optimized by measuring the spectral intensity and signal-to-background ratio of copper,zinc,nickel and chromium.The optimized parameters are as follows:high-frequency power is 1.35 kW,plasma gas flow is 14 L/min,and atomizer flow is 0.75 L/min.Compared with the flame atomic absorption method,the two test methods have no significant difference,and both have good accuracy and precision.However,the plasma spectroscopy method has the advantages of simple method,fast analysis speed,and simultaneous determination of multiple elements.
