摘　　要：基于连续流动注射分析(CFA)原理,本研究结合试验仪器和试剂,按照设计步骤制作土壤样品消煮液,采用连续流动注射分析仪测定土壤中的全氮、全磷。该方法操作简单,分析速度快,试验结果满足土壤监测质控要求。Based on the principle of continuous flow analysis(CFA),this study combines test instruments and reagents to make a soil sample digestion solution according to the design steps,and uses a continuous flow injection analyzer to determine total nitrogen and total phosphorus in the soil.The method is simple to operate,the analysis speed is fast,the test results meet the quality control requirements of soil monitoring.
