摘　　要：运用文献资料、实地调查等方法对河南省冰雪运动发展现状进行调查和分析。研究认为:尽管国家出台了一系列冰雪运动政策,但鉴于诸多因素限制,河南省冰雪运动发展并没有想象中那么迅速,无论是冰雪运动场地数量,还是冰雪运动丰富性以及参与人数等都远远落后于发达省份。建议加大政策引导和宣传普及、增加对冰雪运动的投资力度、建立健全群众冰雪组织、组织丰富多彩的冰雪体育运动,提高群众对冰雪运动项目的兴趣和积极性。Using the methods of literature and field investigation,investigated and analyzed the current situation of ice and snow sports in Henan Province.The results showed that although the state has issued a series of ice and snow sports policies,due to many factors,the development of ice and snow sports in Henan Province is not as fast as expected.The number of ice and snow sports venues,the richness of ice and snow activities and the number of participants are far behind the developed provinces.Suggestions were given such as increasing policy guidance and publicity,increasing investment in ice and snow sports,establishing mass organizations of ice and snow,organizing rich and colorful ice and snow sports activities,and improving the interest and enthusiasm of the masses in ice and snow sports.
