品管圈管理在妇科腹部手术后患者疼痛控制工具镇痛中的应用

摘　　要：目的:在妇科腹部手术中应用品管圈(QCC)管理模式,以降低妇科腹部手术患者中、重度疼痛发生率,防止术后应激反应的发生,提升满意度和舒适度。方法:选取184例妇科腹部手术患者,采用QCC管理模式,应用疼痛控制工具,运用十大步骤,统计患者中、重度疼痛的发生情况,通过鱼骨图等方法分析主要原因制定对策、雷达图等方式呈现对策有效性。结果:采用QCC管理模式后,患者中、重度疼痛的发生率由QCC管理前的91.36%降至QCC管理后的40.28%,改善幅度为55.91%,目标达标率为102.39%。且圈员QCC手法的运用及相关能力均得到了提高,QCC管理后成长值提高最明显的项目为检索文献能力、积极性、团队精神和脑力开发,分数分别为3.0分、2.8分、2.2分和2.2分。结论:QCC管理模式降低了患者术后中、重度疼痛发生率,改善整体的护理服务质量,提升患者的满意度。Objective:To apply quality control circle(QCC)management mode in gynecological abdominal operation so as to reduce the occurrence rate of moderate and severe pain in patients who underwent gynecological abdominal operation,and prevent the occurrence of postoperative stress reaction,and improve the satisfaction and comfort level.Methods:184 patients who underwent gynecological abdominal surgery were selected and all of them underwent QCC management mode.And the control tool of pain was applied and 10 major steps were operated.The occurrence of moderate and severe pain of patients was calculated as statistical method.And then,the main reasons were analyzed,and the countermeasures were formulated,and the effectiveness of the countermeasures was further determined.Results:The occurrence rate of moderate and severe pain of patients were reduced from 91.36%pre QCC management to 40.28%post QCC management after the QCC management mode was adopted,and the improved amplitude was 55.915,and the rate of reaching the standard for the target was 102.39%.And both the application of the operation of QCC members and the relevant abilities of them were enhanced.Besides,the most of obvious items that were enhanced in the growth values after QCC management was adopted were the ability of searching literature,enthusiasm,team spirit and mental development,and the scores of them were 3.0,2.8,2.2 and 2.2,respectively.Conclusion:The QCC management mode can reduce the incidence of moderate and severe pain after surgery,and improve the overall quality of nursing services,and enhance the satisfaction of patients.
