战争型黑色旅游纪念地到访者情感体验的时间序列研究

摘　　要：黑色旅游蕴含着复杂且深刻的情感体验。以南京大屠杀纪念馆和哈尔滨七三一陈列馆为案例地,对访客的点评进行情感分析。研究显示:①到访者"好"与"恶"两个维度的情感均值逐年上升趋势,表明参观者对和平的珍视和对战争的厌恶。②访客对"好"、"哀"、"恶"与"惧"的感知较强烈,且黑色旅游消极情感来自黑色事件本身。③珍视和平的战争教育是正面情感的核心,死亡观照的黑色体验引起历史、伦理的多重反思。④到访者的情感波动与点评数量、特殊节事关联较弱,但景区成熟度会影响情感波动。黑色旅游纪念馆应通过强化教育职能和开发黑色体验,以提升访客体验,达到反思与教育的效果。There is the mixed and deep emotional experience to visitors in dark tourism.Taking Nanjing Massacre Memorial and Ruins of No.731 Unit,this paper analyzed the comments of tourists in the way of sentiment analysis.The results showed that:①The mean value of visitors emotion in the dimensions of"good"and"evil",was increasing year by year,indicating the visitors value peace and hate war.②The perception of visitors in the dimensions of"good","sadness","disgust"and"fear",was relatively strong,and such negative emotion perception comes from the event itself.③More importantly,war education that cherishes peace was the core of positive emotions,and the dark tourism’experience caused multiple reflections on history and ethics.④Finally,emotional fluctuations of visitors was weakly associated with the number of reviews and special events,while the maturity of the destination would affect emotional fluctuations.Therefore,the dark tourism memorial halls should improve the visitor’s experience via enhancing educational functions and enrich tourism experience,then achieved the purpose of reflection and education.
