摘　　要：目的:研究TRPA1和TRPV4在牙龈瘤中的表达及意义。方法:免疫组化SP法检测TRPA1和TRPV4在201例牙龈瘤和48例正常牙龈组织中的表达。分析TRPA1和TRPV4的表达情况与牙龈瘤患者临床病理参数之间的关系。结果:TRPA1和TRPV4主要表达于细胞质和细胞膜上,TRPA1和TRPV4在牙龈瘤阳性表达率为56.72%(114/201)和88.56%(178/201)高于正常组织35.42%(17/48)和66.67%(32/48)(P<0.05);TRPA1和TRPV4在牙龈瘤中表达与药物性牙龈增生显著相关(P=0.000),与年龄相关(P<0.05),与性别无关(P>0.05);TRPA1的表达与牙龈瘤病理分型无关(P>0.05),而TRPV4的表达与之相关(P<0.05);牙龈瘤中TRPA1和TRPV4的表达呈显著正相关(r=0.486,P<0.001)。结论:TRPA1和TRPV4在牙龈瘤中表达异常升高,二者对牙龈瘤的发生可能起一定作用,且与药物性牙龈增生密切相关。Objective:To study the expression and significance of TRPA1 and TRPV4 in epulis.Methods:Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of TRPA1 and TRPV4 in 201 epulis and 48 normal gingival tissues.The relationship between the expression of TRPA1 and TRPV4 and the clinical pathological parameters of patients with epulis was analyzed.Results:TRPA1 and TRPV4 were mainly expressed in cytoplasm and on cell membrane.The positive expression rates of TRPA1 and TRPV4 in epulis were 56.72%(114/201)and 88.56%(178/201),those in normal tissues were 35.42%(17/48)and 66.67%(32/48)(between the 2 groups,P<0.05);TRPA1 and TRPV4 were significantly associated with drug-induced gingival overgrowth in epulis(P=0.000);TRPA1 and TRPV4 expression in epulis were related to age(P<0.05),no relation was found with gender(P>0.05);the expression of TRPA1 was not associated with pathological type of epulis(P>0.05),but the expression of TRPV4 was correlated with it(P<0.05).The expression of TRPA1 and TRPV4 in epulis was positively correlated(r=0.486,P<0.001).Conclusion:The expression of TRPA1 and TRPV4 is elevated in epulis,which may play a role in the occurrence of epulis,TRPA1 and TRPV4 are closely related to drug-induced gingival overgrowth.
