摘  要:选择性催化还原脱硝法(SCR)是当前世界上烟气脱硝技术的主流,具有效率高、应用广泛、经济合理等优点。文中系统的介绍了SCR烟气脱硝技术还原剂氨气的制备原料(液氨、氨水、尿素)。并指出尿素作为原料比液氨、氨水安全性更高,具有较高的推广价值。尿素工艺又分为热解法和水解法,并分析比较了各方法优缺点,指出尿素制氨工艺是SCR烟气脱硝技术的发展趋势。Selective catalytic reduction denitration(SCR)is currently the mainstream of flue gas denitration technology in the world.It has the advantages of high efficiency,wide application and reasonable economy.This paper systematically introduces the raw materials(liquid ammonia,ammonia water,urea)of the SCR flue gas denitrification technology reducing agent ammonia.It is also pointed out that urea as a raw material is safer than liquid ammonia and ammonia water,and has a higher promotion value.The urea process is divided into pyrolysis method and hydrolysis method,and the advantages and disadvantages of each method are analyzed and compared.It is pointed out that the urea ammonia production process is the development trend of SCR flue gas denitration technology.
