芒针深刺下关穴联合督脉埋针治疗原发性三叉神经痛临床研究

摘　　要：目的:芒针深刺下关穴联合督脉埋针治疗原发性三叉神经痛的疗效及对VAS评分影响。方法:选取我院收治的原发性三叉神经痛患者68例,采用随机分配原则分为两组,各34例。对照组给予督脉埋针疗法治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予芒针深刺下关穴治疗,对比治疗后的临床疗效、VAS评分、ODI评分、头痛发作时间、头痛发作次数和中医症侯评分。结果:经过治疗后治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者VAS评分和ODI评分明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低较多(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者头痛发作时间、头痛发作次数和中医症侯评分明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低较多(P<0.05)。结论:采用芒针深刺下关穴联合督脉埋针治疗原发性三叉神经痛具有较好的治疗效果,能够降低VAS评分,值得临床上推广应用。Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of deep elongated needling Xiaguan(ST7)combined with needle-embedding of Du meridian in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia and its influence to VAS score.Methods:68 patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with needle-embedding of Du meridian;on which basis,the treatment group was also treated with deep elongated needling ST7.The clinical efficacy,VAS score,ODI score,headache onset time,headache onset times and TCM symptom score were compared between the two groups after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).VAS score and ODI score were significantly decreased in both groups after the treatment(P<0.05);the decreases in the treatment group were more significant(P<0.05).The time of headache onset,frequency of headache onset and TCM symptom score were significantly reduced in the two groups(P<0.05);the reductions of the treatment group were more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of deep elongated needling ST7 combined with needle-embedding of Du meridian has better therapeutic effect on primary trigeminal neuralgia and it can reduce VAS score,which is worthy of clinical application.
