摘　　要：在针灸临床治疗呕吐方面,内关穴是最常用的穴位之一,在以往临床研究中,恶心呕吐经常合并评价,然而高质量临床研究及美国国家癌症研究所癌症补充与替代医学办公室发布的专家共识中均显示内关可有效控制呕吐,但控制恶心无效,故本研究将结合中医基础理论与现代临床效应及机制研究就内关穴治疗呕吐的优效作用做一探析,为理论研究及临床应用提供一定的依据。Neiguan(PC6)is one of the most commonly used acupuncture points in clinical treatment of vomiting.In previous clinical studies,nausea and vomiting were often combined for evaluation.However,high-quality clinical studies and expert consensus issued by the office of cancer complementary and alternative medicine of the American cancer institute all showed that PC6 could effectively control vomiting,but could not control nausea.Therefore,this study explored the superior effect of PC in treating vomiting based on the TCM basic theory and the modern clinical effect and mechanism research,so as to provide a certain basis for theoretical research and clinical application of the point.
