摘  要:目的探讨不同年龄段健康成人体成分特点及相关影响因素。方法选择313例健康体检者作为受试者,其中男211例,女102例;年龄20~69岁。采用双能X线骨密度仪(DEXA)检测全身脂肪质量、肌肉质量、骨矿盐含量和骨密度。按10岁为1个年龄段进行分组。结果不同年龄组受试者身高、体重、BMI差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。男女组脂肪质量均随年龄逐渐升高(P<0.05),脂肪质量峰值在60~69岁组,肌肉质量峰值在20~29岁,骨矿盐含量和骨密度峰值均在30~39岁组。男、女2组人群的骨矿盐含量和骨密度均与肌肉质量、脂肪质量、体质量及BMI呈正相关,而与年龄呈负相关关系(P<0.05)。结论健康体检人群不同年龄段脂肪质量、肌肉质量、骨矿盐含量及骨密度有差异,骨矿盐含量和骨密度与年龄、体质量、BMI及肌肉质量、脂肪质量均相关。Objective To investigate the characteristics of body composition and related influencing factors for healthy adults in different age groups.Methods A total of 313 healthy subjects with 20~69 years of age,including 211 males and 102 females,were enrolled in the study.The dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry(DEXA)was used to detect the bone mineral content(BMC),bone mineral density(BMD),muscle and fat mass in all the subjects,who were were divided into age-groups by means of ten years as a age group.Results There were no significant differences in body height,body weight and BMI among different age groups(P>0.05).The fat mass was increased with ages in males and females(P<0.05).The fat mass peak was at 60~69 age group,muscle mass peak was at 20~29 age group,the BMC and BMD peak was at 30~39 age group.Moreover BMD,BMC were positively correlated with muscle mass,body weight and BMI,however,which were negatively correlated with age in males and females(P<0.05).Conclusion There are differences in fat mass,muscle mass,BMC and BMD among healthy people in different age groups,and BMC and BMD are closely correlated with age,body weight,BMI and muscle mass.
