摘　　要：目的分析护士健康相关生命质量现状及其与工作满意度和工作压力的相关性。方法采用一般情况调查表、欧洲五维健康量表(EQ-5D)、工作满意度问卷和工作压力问卷对326名护士进行调查。结果护士EQ-5D健康效用值为0.940,中位数为1(0.853,1),EQ-VAS评分(80.47±15.12)分;存在问题最常见的2个维度为焦虑/抑郁(20.55%)和疼痛/不适(17.79%)。Tobit回归分析结果显示,年龄、内在满意度和工作压力对健康效用值有显著影响(P<0.05)。结论提高内在工作满意度和减轻工作压力,可能有助于改善临床护士的生命质量。Objective To investigate the correlation between health related life quality and job satisfaction degree as well as work stress in clinical nurses.Methods A total of 326 nurses were investigated by means of european quality of life-5 dimensions(EQ-5D),job satisfaction questionnaire(including intrinsic job satisfaction and extrinsic job satisfaction)and self-designed job stress questionnaire.Results The nurses utility value of health status was 0.940,and the median utility value was 1(0.853,1).The EQ-VAS scores were(80.47±15.12)points.The most frequently reported problems at the dimensions were anxiety/depression(20.55%)and pain/discomfort(17.79%).Tobit regression analysis results showed that the age,intrinsic job satisfaction degree and occupational stress had significant effects on the health utility values of nurses(P<0.05).Conclusion To improve the intrinsic job satisfaction degree and reduce the job stress may be helpful to improve the life quality of clinical nurses.
