摘 要:埕海油田位于大港南部滩海4 m水深海域,随着“海油陆采”勘探开发的不断深入,水平井开发钻探取得重大突破,主要体现在以包括储集层预测、倾角预判、靶点优化等内容的地质井位设计优化技术为基础,通过应用密集丛式井防碰绕障技术、单筒双井钻井技术、钻井提速配套技术等钻井工程设计配套技术,引进PeriScope随钻探边测井技术完善水平段轨迹控制,总结水平井精准入窗卡层技术,地层倾角与井斜角匹配识别技术和随钻上下伽马曲线中心对称识别技术,实现了水平井实施成功率100%。这表明,地质工程一体化是水平井成功实施的基础,钻探配套技术在大港探区埕海油田勘探与评价过程中发挥出重要作用,为大港滩涂区域油田优质高效开发提供了重要技术保障,也为类似油田建设开发提供了技术借鉴。Chenghai Oilfield is located in Tanhai in the southern Dagang of the depth of 4m.With the deepening of the exploration and development of producing marine oil using land drilling,major breakthroughs have been made in horizontal well development and drilling.On the basis of the optimization technique for geological well design based on reservoir prediction,inclination prediction and target optimization,by applying supporting techniques for drilling engineering design such as anti-collision technique for dense cluster wells,single-bore dual-well drilling technique and supporting techniques for drilling speed increase,PeriScope logging technology for limit testing while drilling was introduced to improve horizontal trajectory control,and techniques such as precise entrance and formation sticking,recognition of formation dip and well inclination matching,and recognition of center symmetry of upper and lower gamma curves while drilling were summarized.The implement success rate for horizontal wells reached 100%,which indicated that the geological engineering integration is the basis for the successful implementation of horizontal wells.Supporting techniques for drilling have played an important role in the exploration and evaluation of Chenghai Oilfield in Dagang exploration area,and provided important technical guarantee for the high-quality and efficient development of oilfields in tidal-flat area in Dagang,and technical reference for the construction and development of similar oilfields.
