摘  要:随着科学技术的发展,人们的环保意识不断增强,对于过滤材料的需求也在不断增加,水刺非织造布的研发生产可以很好地解决现阶段过滤材料供不应求的问题。水刺是一种利用高速化水针使得纤维能够相互抱合并且牢固缠结的技术,在非织造布生产领域具有广阔的发展前景。文章对水刺及其复合非织造布工艺的参数与性能进行了阐述,以期为后续研究打下一定的理论基础。With the development of science and technology,people’s awareness of environmental protection is constantly increasing,and the demand for the corresponding filter materials is also increasing.The research and production of spurs nonwovens can solve the problem that the supply of filter materials is in short supply at the present stage.Spurs is a technology that can make fibers clasping and tangling with each other by using high speed water needle,which has broad development prospect in the field of nonwovens production.The parameters and properties of spurs and its composite nonwovens are described in order to lay a theoretical foundation for further research.
