摘　　要：目的探讨Endobutton钢板内固定治疗肩锁关节脱位的临床疗效。方法将52例肩锁关节脱位患者按照手术方式不同分为观察组(采用Endobutton钢板内固定,24例)和对照组(采用锁骨钩钢板内固定,28例)。比较两组患者手术相关情况及并发症发生率。结果患者均获得随访,时间12~24个月。手术时间与术中出血量观察组长(多)于对照组(P<0.001),切口长度两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。并发症发生率观察组为2/24(8.33%),明显低于对照组的19/28(67.86%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Endobutton钢板内固定治疗肩锁关节脱位疗效确切,并发症少,关节复位有效。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Endobutton plate internal fixation for acromioclavicular joint dislocation.Methods According to the method of operation,52 patients with acromioclavicular dislocations were divided into observation group(Endobutton plate internal fixation,24 cases)and control group(acromioclavicular hook plate internal fixation,28 cases).The operation related condition and complication incidence rate of the two groups were compared.Results All patients were followed up for 12~24 months.The operation time and intraoperative blood loss in the observation group were longer(more)than those in the control group(P<0.001).Th incision length had no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence rate of complications was 2/24(8.33%)in the observation group,which was significantly lower than 19/28(67.86%)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions Endobutton plate internal fixation has definite effect on acromioclavicular joint dislocation,with fewer complications,and effective reduction of joint.
